| 1. First, your picture has to be uploaded. Open your folder by choosing your name from the drop-down menu "Partner" in the header.
2. You should be in your folder now.
3. Click „create a new fact“ in the left column or "add" next to the folder`s title. 4. Choose „image“ from the list by clicking on it.
5. Insert an appropriate title for your picture ([your name] – my picture).
6. Click on the „browse...“-button. The standard window of Windows Explorer opens. In Explorer, navigate to the directory where the picture is located. Click on the name of the file. Then, click „open.” The file path is now displayed in the field „file data”. 7. Set the permissions.
8. Click on “preview”.
(a) If you want to change anything, click “edit this fact” in the left column.
(b) If you are satisfied with the preview, click “publish” otherwise nobody will see the picture.
9. Now, open the fact with your contact details by clicking on it. (Remember, you can use the pathline to navigate
in the structure. Click on your folder title in the pathline in order to view the contents of your folder. Then, click on your contact details.)
10. After you have opened your contact details, click „edit this text“ in the left column.
11. The input mask opens. Direct the cursor to the position where you want to insert the image and click on the button with the green triangle. A pop-up window with thumbnails of all available pictures opens. Insert your image by clicking on it.
12. Click „next“ to continue.
14. Click „preview“.
(a) If you want to change anything, click „edit this text“ in the left column.
(b) If you are satisfied with the preview, click „publish“ otherwise nobody will see your fact.
After you have published your fact with your contact details, you will notice that the (information number (infoID) at the bottom of the fact has changed a bit. As soon as you publish a new version of a fact, the updated version is placed over the previous version (Note: The old version is moved to the background but still exists). The new version receives a higher version number e.g.: infoID=“232207.2” instead of infoID=“232207.1”. In your case, the version number will be "2".
